IKONIC BIKES is a Berlin-based custom motorcycle workshop founded by Bastian Altendorfer — a craftsman with a background in fashion and graphic design who returned to his roots building machines that matter. We build bespoke motorcycles in our own distinctive style: classic silhouettes, honest materials, modern engineering.
Each project is a full restoration or conversion of a donor bike no younger than 1985. With a maximum output of two to three motorcycles per year, every build receives the full attention it deserves.

What we build
Bring us your motorcycle or let us find the right donor together. We specialise in café racers, Bratstyle builds, and scramblers — always full conversions in our style, occasionally reworks of individual components. Our work includes frame modifications, custom upholstery, engine overhauls, electronics integration via Motogadget, and full TÜV approval.
Pricing & availability
Full restoration projects start at €25,000. We accept a maximum of two to three commissions per year. Payment is structured as 70% before build start, remainder on completion.
